This full-time contract position for the 2026/2027 school year invites you to create a supportive environment where students’ academic and personal growth are prioritized.

In this role, you'll provide both individual and group counseling, addressing personal, social, academic, and emotional challenges faced by students. You’ll collaborate with staff and families to foster positive outcomes, guide students in developing coping skills, and assist with navigating academic decisions and graduation requirements. As part of a dedicated team, you'll help design strategies for student success and participate in ongoing conversations to refine support for your caseload.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Active Colorado School Counseling license required
• Experience working with middle and/or high school populations is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to organize and provide both individual and group counseling sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for guiding youth through academic placement, goal setting, and problem-solving
• Collaborative mindset; willingness to engage with SPED teams and contribute to student support planning
