Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a school counselor or guidance counselor, particularly in a school setting
• Knowledge of college and career readiness processes
• Proficiency in credit monitoring and transcript evaluation
• Experience guiding students through FAFSA and financial aid applications
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially with adolescents
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
• State certification or licensure (if required)
