School Counselor

Soliant has an opening for a contracted School Psychologist in the Elkhart, Kansas area. This position is for the remainder of the 2025-2026 School Year and 2026-2027 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional Health Benefits & 401k package.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed School Counselor in the state of Kansas.
• Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field.
• School experience is preferred but not required.

Skills & Abilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with staff and families.
• Deliver crisis intervention and connect students with appropriate resources.
• Use data to monitor progress and support a positive, proactive school environment.
