School Counselor - Fort Worth, TX

This position offers approximately 25 hours per week, with a general schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (exact times may vary based on campus needs).

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid certification/licensure as a school counselor
• Demonstrated experience providing counseling services in educational settings
• Familiarity with IEP development and compliance procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience participating in team meetings such as ARDs
• Commitment to supporting a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual counseling to support students’ emotional and academic needs
• Collaboratively complete and maintain IEP documentation with accuracy and timeliness
• Participate actively in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings as part of support teams
• Employ evidence-based strategies to address social and behavioral challenges
