Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Garland, Texas

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Valid Texas teaching certification with Special Education endorsements
• Proven experience in special education, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Background in BCBA, school counseling, LPC, psychology, or social work is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and relevant laws

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform planning and interventions
• Actively participate in ARD, IEP, RtI, and 504 meetings, providing expert insight into behavioral supports
• Deliver ongoing support to classrooms, including coaching staff and facilitating a positive learning environment
• Respond to crisis situations and assist with interventions as needed
• Serve as a collaborative partner with educators, administrators, and student support teams

This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week) comes with competitive starting pay from $30 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience and credentials.
