Key Qualifications:

  • Active certification or licensure as a School Counselor or Social Worker (as required by state regulations)
  • Prior experience providing counseling services in a school setting
  • Knowledge of social-emotional learning and behavioral intervention strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crisis intervention and offer guidance on conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all confidentiality and reporting standards
