Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Missouri State License: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) required
• Previous school-based experience is highly valued, but not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Eagerness to build relationships with students, staff, and families
• Ability to implement effective counseling and intervention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct counseling services to students individually and in groups
• Develop and implement programs promoting positive behavior, conflict resolution, and peer relationships
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address students’ needs and support their academic and personal success
• Conduct assessments and create intervention plans for students facing challenges
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all confidentiality, legal, and ethical guidelines
• Participate in school meetings, staff development sessions, and community outreach as needed
