Key Qualifications:

• Valid school counseling certification or licensure, or eligibility to obtain one
• Master’s degree in school counseling, counseling, or a related field
• Prior experience as a School Counselor preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedication to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school culture
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, students, and families

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual and group counseling to address a range of student needs
• Develop and implement programs that promote academic growth and well-being
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support student success and address behavioral issues
• Facilitate communication between students, parents, and staff regarding social, behavioral, and academic concerns
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with school policies
• Contribute actively to a positive and inclusive school culture

Role Details:

• Full-time, on-site position (40 hours per week)
• Immediate start, continuing through the end of the 2026/2027 school year
