Key Qualifications:
- Licensed and certified as a School Counselor
- Previous counseling experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation standards

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one counseling and guidance to assigned students to support academic, social, and emotional development
- Complete required IEP paperwork thoroughly and accurately
- Participate actively in ARD meetings, sharing insights and advocating for student needs
- Help develop and monitor student intervention plans in partnership with the educational team
- Maintain confidential and detailed records for each student
- Serve as a reliable and empathetic resource for both students and staff
