Qualifications & Experience:

  • Comfortable maintaining confidential records and adhering to ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions addressing academic, career, and personal issues
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies that remove barriers to student success
  • Assist in designing and conducting classroom guidance lessons on topics such as bullying prevention, conflict resolution, and career exploration
  • Respond to student crises and provide support, referrals, and follow-up care as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and interventions
  • Use assessment tools to identify student needs and measure program effectiveness
  • Advocate for an inclusive, supportive school environment that promotes student well-being
