School Counselor in Montgomery, TX

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ social and emotional development as a school counselor. The assignment begins August 12, 2025, and continues through May 21, 2027, with a flexible part-time schedule of 16 hours per week.

Your primary focus will be on serving approximately 30 students across five campuses, helping to shape a positive and supportive learning environment. You’ll become a vital resource for young learners, collaborating with educators and families to promote student well-being.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active LPC license in Texas
• Previous counseling experience in a K-12 setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with managing diverse student caseloads, especially across multiple campuses
• Ability to adapt to the needs of both elementary and middle school students
