Key Qualifications:

• Active California LVN license is required
• Experience in a school or pediatric environment is strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting
• Flexible, resourceful, and skilled at adapting to dynamic caseloads
• Strong communication and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care within the LVN Pool, responding promptly to students’ health needs
• Support students with chronic conditions and acute care requirements
• Provide attentive 1:1 care when assigned, ensuring individual student safety and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate health records and collaborate with counselors and school personnel
• Communicate health updates and needs to families and staff
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings as requested

Role Details:

• Full contract dates: August 10, 2026 – August 6, 2027
• 32.5 hours per week during the regular school year; for ESY, hours are optional and require sign-up
• Onsite presence required—all care delivered in person
• Caseloads may shift between the pool and individual assignments based on student need
