Located near North Richland Hills, this opportunity offers a consistent schedule of approximately 25 hours per week, typically between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm (with exact times dependent on campus assignment). You’ll be working with a manageable caseload of 22 students, making a real impact every day.

Key Qualifications:

• Current counseling certification or licensure appropriate for serving in school settings
• Experience providing counseling services to students, preferably within public or private school environments
• Working knowledge of IEP documentation and compliance requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organized approach to managing documentation and supporting meetings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual counseling tailored to student needs, addressing academic, emotional, and social concerns
• Complete and maintain all required IEP paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Attend and contribute to ARD meetings, collaborating with educational teams to advocate for student support
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies that promote student success
• Uphold ethical and legal standards regarding student confidentiality
