This full-time position works with a dynamic caseload of middle and high school students, offering both individual and group counseling. Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, active Colorado School Counseling license required
• Previous experience working with middle and high school students strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support diverse student needs
• Understanding of academic requirements, graduation pathways, and student goal-setting
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including participation in regularly scheduled SPED meetings
• Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to address a variety of student needs
• Assist with developing and implementing coping strategies and problem-solving skills for students
• Guide students in course selection, academic placement, and progress toward graduation requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and the SPED team to coordinate comprehensive support plans
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality according to ethical standards and school policy
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute insights as caseload details are finalized
