Step into a vital role supporting student growth as a part-time counselor working with grades 1-12 in a vibrant educational setting. With a manageable caseload of 44 students across six conveniently located campuses—all within walking distance—your expertise will help shape a supportive, positive environment for students and staff alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct counseling services to students in need of emotional and academic support
• Offering consultative services for students as required, collaborating with teachers and staff
• Conducting assessments and maintaining comprehensive records in accordance with school guidelines
• Developing and implementing interventions promoting emotional and academic well-being
• Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and contributing to individualized education plans as needed

Qualifications & experience needed:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) eligible and in good standing
• Experience with school-aged children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting
• Capable of effectively managing a diverse caseload with varying support needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
