Mental Health Case Worker (LCSW/LMFT) | San Mateo, CA | Full-Time Contract Opportunity

A high school district in the San Mateo area is seeking a licensed Mental Health Case Worker for a full-time contract opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to support high school students while working alongside a collaborative student services team.

Location: San Mateo, CA 94401

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday

• 35 Hours Per Week

• School-Day Hours

Contract Dates:

• August 2026 – June 2027

Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based mental health and case management services

• Support students through individual and collaborative interventions

• Partner with school staff, families, and community resources

• Maintain timely documentation and student records

• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and planning

Qualifications:

• Active California LCSW or LMFT license

• Experience working with adolescents preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
