Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with crisis management and conflict resolution, offering effective strategies to help students navigate challenges
• Coordinate resources with school staff and families, ensuring each student's needs are met
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district standards and confidentiality regulations
• Facilitate workshops and informational sessions for students, parents, and staff on topics such as college readiness, stress management, and peer relationships
