Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in School Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Relevant licensure or certification for school-based counseling in Massachusetts
• Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents in an educational environment
• Strong understanding of social-emotional learning and trauma-informed practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling support to students facing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Organize and facilitate group counseling sessions and workshops on topics such as stress-management, conflict resolution, and coping strategies
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support holistic student development
