Qualifications:

• Current, active LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license for Texas
• Proven experience or interest in working with school-aged youth
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with students
• Capable of maintaining detailed records with discretion and confidentiality
• Analytical problem-solving skills and a compassionate attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling for social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop interventions
• Conduct individual and small group sessions according to student needs
• Assist in the creation of individualized support plans
• Maintain up-to-date documentation consistent with ethical and legal standards
