This contract position, based in Westfield, MA, is available through the end of the school year (EOSY) and focuses on delivering essential counseling services that foster a positive and supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and social workers to develop intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Conduct assessments and assist in crisis interventions when necessary
• Support students in building coping strategies and improving adjustment within the school environment
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress notes
• Facilitate communication between school, families, and external resources to ensure comprehensive support

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a School Counselor, Adjustment Counselor, or School Social Worker
