• Flexible mindset and organizational skills to manage a dynamic caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social-emotional support to students as assigned, utilizing evidence-based counseling practices
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote a healthy educational environment
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state and district policies
• Provide consultation and training to educators on student mental health issues as needed
• Serve as a resource for crisis prevention and intervention within the school community
