Requirements

• Active Delaware School Counselor certification
• Experience with secondary or high school students preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and student support skills

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling support to high school students
• Support academic, social, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with staff, families, and administrators
• Maintain documentation and follow school guidelines
