The assignment begins November 19th, 2026, and extends through February 7th, 2027, ensuring continuity of care and impactful relationships with students.

Your expertise as an LMSW or LCSW will be instrumental in helping adolescents navigate personal, social, and educational challenges. You’ll offer one-on-one counseling, support academic achievement, and foster a positive school experience—working fully onsite during regular school hours (7:00 AM – 3:05 PM), for a total of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid LMSW or LCSW credential (required)
• Previous experience in school counseling or with adolescent populations
• Solid understanding of individual counseling strategies and school-based support
• Commitment to providing in-person services—no hybrid or remote days
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct individual counseling services to a diverse 7th–12th grade caseload
• Develop supportive relationships with students to assist their personal and academic growth
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families as needed to address student needs
• Accurately document sessions and progress, maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
