Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
  • Prior experience working in Wisconsin schools and thorough knowledge of state educational processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual setting
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with IDEA compliance and IEP implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized IEPs for students in virtual learning environments
  • Provide both direct instruction and consultative support as required by each student’s IEP
  • Consistently collect and document progress data related to IEP goals
  • Participate actively in virtual IEP meetings, ensuring all IDEA requirements are met
  • Maintain thorough and organized records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
