Desired Qualifications:

• Valid MA DHH (DESE) certification required; candidates with SPED certification and TOD experience also considered
• Experience in Deaf/Hard of Hearing classroom settings preferred
• Skilled in individualizing instruction for students with diverse communication needs
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to a small caseload (5 students) in an inclusive, supportive classroom
• Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet students’ IEP goals
• Foster communication-rich environments through technology and visual supports
• Collaborate closely with families, interpreters, and multidisciplinary teams
• Complete progress monitoring, documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
