In this itinerant role, you’ll provide dedicated support to a diverse caseload across 10 K-8 campuses, including developmental preschool programs. The assignment starts with approximately 25 students, ensuring a manageable and purposeful workload.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid credentials as a Teacher for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing.
- Prior experience working with K-8 and preschool-aged children preferred.
- Strong knowledge of deaf education strategies and assistive technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Travel between 10 local school sites to deliver specialized instruction and support.
- Develop and implement IEPs for students with hearing impairments.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families.
