Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) - Lawrence, Massachusetts

With a schedule running Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm, you’ll appreciate the unique summer hours—enjoy four-day workweeks with Fridays off for a better work-life balance.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts DHH (DESE) certification; alternatively, a SPED certification paired with substantial Teacher of the Deaf (TOD) experience will be considered
• Experience working as a Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specialist or Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing in school settings
• Strong understanding of student-centered approaches for students with hearing differences
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
• Dedication to empowering and advocating for the needs of students

Responsibilities:
