Key Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin certification as a Deaf/Hard of Hearing Teacher or Specialist

- Previous experience supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in virtual educational settings
- Deep understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance, especially for virtual classrooms
- Strong skills in organizing and leading virtual meetings with multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized education plans explicitly designed for students engaging in online learning
- Deliver both direct instruction and consultative support, adapting approaches as detailed in each student’s IEP
- Track and record student progress, maintaining thorough documentation aligned with IDEA standards
