- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and students

Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering direct instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Adapting curriculum, classroom materials, and assessments to ensure accessibility
- Participating in IEP meetings, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Consulting with general education teachers and staff to promote accessibility and successful integration
- Providing advocacy and guidance to empower students academically and socially
