Key Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and students

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering direct instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
• Adapting curriculum, classroom materials, and assessments to ensure accessibility
• Participating in IEP meetings, goal setting, and progress monitoring
• Consulting with general education teachers and staff to promote accessibility and successful integration
• Providing advocacy and guidance to empower students academically and socially
