Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as an Educational Diagnostician on a contract basis in the Arlington-Fort Worth area. This full-time, onsite position runs from July 21, 2026, through June 4, 2027, and is designed for professionals eager to make a difference across varying grade levels.

You’ll work with a caseload of 85-100 students—including both active cases and assessments—balancing evaluations and re-evaluations to ensure students receive individualized educational support. Based on assignment, you’ll enjoy consistent hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM for elementary campuses or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for secondary campuses.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Educator Certificate
  • Educational Diagnostician certification issued by the State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC)
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • At least three years of creditable teaching experience
  • Experience working across diverse K-12 settings is advantageous
  • Strong assessment, evaluation, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive educational evaluations and re-evaluations for students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Communicate assessment results to families and professionals in a clear, supportive manner
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and testing outcomes
  • Offer consultative support to educators, school personnel, and families
