A contract opportunity is available for experienced Educational Diagnosticians to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting. This full-time, onsite role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and contribute expertise for students’ academic success. With varying grade level assignments and a robust caseload of approximately 85-100 students, your impact will be broad and valued.

Qualifications:

  • Current Texas Educator Certificate required.
  • Minimum of three years of proven teaching experience.
  • Master’s degree in education or related field.
  • Educational Diagnostician certification issued by the State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC).
  • Demonstrated skill in evaluating diverse student populations and collaborating with educators and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive educational assessments, including initial and re-evaluations, for students across grades K-12.
  • Analyze assessment data and develop clear, actionable evaluation reports.
  • Work closely with school staff to identify and implement interventions that address individual student needs.
  • Attend and participate in ARD/IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for special education assessment and documentation.
  • Serve as a resource for families and staff regarding assessment results and educational planning.

You will follow a set full-time schedule, with elementary hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM and secondary hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
