Working on-site within a thriving school district, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and students to support student success and shape educational strategies. This full-time itinerant position (35 hours/week) allows you to make an impact across two campuses, engaging with a diverse student population throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required
  • Active Texas classroom teaching certificate
  • Minimum of three years full-time teaching experience
  • Successful completion of the state certification exam for educational diagnosticians
  • Demonstrated previous experience in school-based settings
  • Ability to complete required fingerprinting prior to assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive student assessments and evaluations
  • Analyze and interpret testing data to inform educational planning
  • Write clear, detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations
  • Participate in IEP, ARD, and related meetings as an integral team member
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions and supports
  • Navigate multiple school campuses to deliver services where most needed
