Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required
- Active Texas classroom teaching certificate
- Minimum of three years full-time teaching experience
- Successful completion of the state certification exam for educational diagnosticians
- Demonstrated previous experience in school-based settings
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting prior to assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments and evaluations
- Analyze and interpret testing data to inform educational planning
- Write clear, detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations
- Participate in IEP, ARD, and related meetings as an integral team member
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions and supports
- Navigate multiple school campuses to deliver services where most needed
