Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification as an Educational Diagnostician (required)
- Previous experience working in a school setting as an Educational Diagnostician
- Strong knowledge of special education regulations, assessment tools, and evaluation processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient in conducting individualized educational evaluations and interpreting assessment data
- Organizational ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for referred students, interpreting results and creating evaluation reports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to assist in designing and modifying individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding educational and assessment questions
- Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings and provide recommendations that drive student growth
- Travel between assigned schools to provide diagnostic services and ensure consistency of support
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
