Educational Diagnostician (Special Education)

Soliant Education is looking to hire an Educational Diagnostician for a local school district in the Crown Point, Indiana area. Full-time preferred but part-time applicants may be considered. 

Responsibilities/Description:

• Write reports of evaluation results
• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team and participate in all relevant meetings 

Qualifications:

• Background of various educational assessments and how to administer the most appropriate evaluations to students
• Must hold a current Indiana Teacher’s license in the area of Special Education K-12
• 2+years of teaching experience preferred 
• A Master’s degree in Special Education is preferred
• Knowledge of IDEA / Article 7

• W2 contracted position for the current 2024-2025 school year with potential for contract renewal for the 2025/2026 school year

• Competitive and negotiable hourly rate based on experience
• Range estimated to be $35 - $48/hour
