Key Qualifications:

  • Certification as an Educational Diagnostician (required)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with elementary caseloads in school settings
  • Skilled in conducting educational assessments, interpreting results, and creating reports
  • Comfortable and experienced in participating in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and faculty

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and interpret formal and informal educational assessments for elementary students
  • Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and make recommendations for educational interventions
  • Actively participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Use bilingual skills to inform families and students, ensuring inclusive support
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Provide input on educational programming and strategies that enhance student success
