Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Current and active Louisiana Department of Education Educational Diagnostician Certification
• Previous experience in educational diagnostics within school settings, ideally spanning varied age groups (K-12)
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to complete and maintain time-sensitive district background check and fingerprinting requirements
• Comfortable working both onsite and open to virtual (VOCO) service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive educational assessments for students referred to the evaluation team
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment results and help develop effective educational plans
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations concerning special education evaluation and processes
• Accurately prepare and present reports to multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt to assignment shifts and, if needed, serve multiple school sites
