Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification
• Experience in K–12 educational assessment preferred
• Working knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and Texas special education regulations
• Strong skills in report writing, organization, communication, and time management
• Ability to travel between two campuses as part of an itinerant assignment (must have reliable transportation)
• Previous school-based experience as an Educational Diagnostician preferred

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluation services for K–12 students
• Conduct initial and reevaluation assessments
• Attend Student Support Team (SST) and ARD meetings to present evaluation findings
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports and maintain required documentation
• Collaborate with administrators, special education staff, teachers, related service providers, and families
• Support compliance with all state and district special education timelines and procedures
