Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician
- Proficient in both English and Spanish, with professional bilingual communication skills

- Comfortable facilitating and participating in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and documentation capabilities

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver comprehensive evaluations for students referred for special education services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret evaluation results and design individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate actively in the ARD process, ensuring compliance and advocating for student needs
- Maintain thorough records and timely reports in accordance with federal, state, and local policies
- Provide consultative support to multidisciplinary teams to implement recommended instructional strategies
- Foster positive, engaging relationships with students, parents, and staff
