The assignment runs from mid-September through December, with the possibility of extension based on needs and performance.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as an Educational Diagnostician
• Demonstrated experience conducting evaluations within educational environments
• Proficient in administering and interpreting a variety of diagnostic and assessment tools
• Skilled in working with students spanning early childhood through young adulthood
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering evaluation results and recommendations
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and administrators

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychometric and diagnostic assessments for students referred within the 2-21 age range
• Prepare comprehensive written reports summarizing assessment findings, eligibility, and educational recommendations
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as needed, sharing insights to guide appropriate supports and interventions
• Consult with educators, parents, and service providers to interpret results and address student needs
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with applicable laws and school policies
• Manage a varied caseload and organize work to meet required deadlines
