Key Qualifications:

• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification
• Previous experience performing educational assessments and interpreting results in a K-12 environment
• Familiarity with special education eligibility requirements and IEP procedures
• Strong communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills
• Commitment to student-centered practices and cross-disciplinary teamwork

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and score a range of academic, cognitive, and behavioral assessments
• Analyze assessment data and generate comprehensive evaluation reports
• Work closely with Special Education teams to help determine student eligibility and appropriate placement
• Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings and IEP conferences
• Consult with teachers and staff to implement interventions and instructional strategies tailored to individual student needs
• Communicate results and recommendations clearly to students, families, and colleagues
