• Familiarity with administering and interpreting standardized educational assessments.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for academic and behavioral concerns.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with instructional staff and parents.
• Provide recommendations for instructional strategies and accommodations tailored to each student’s unique learning needs.
• Act as a resource for teachers on best practices in differentiation and intervention.
• Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute insights to team decisions regarding student placement and services.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports in a timely manner.
