Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician
• Proven experience evaluating students in elementary or K-12 settings
• Thorough knowledge of standardized assessments, IEP process, and compliance regulations
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to interpret data and articulate results in an accessible, confidential, and meaningful manner
• Flexibility and organizational skills to manage multiple evaluations in a dynamic school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for elementary students as referred
• Prepare detailed, timely evaluation reports outlining findings and recommendations
• Participate actively in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and related service personnel to support students’ learning plans
• Ensure all documentation meets district, state, and federal special education compliance standards
• Support a positive, student-focused culture within the elementary school environment
