Key Qualifications:

• Certification as an Educational Diagnostician
• Experience with bilingual (Spanish/English) evaluation processes
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Familiarity with ARD processes; ARD facilitators are available for support
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly with school psychologists
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, preferably at the elementary or middle school level

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive bilingual evaluations, primarily supporting elementary students
• Provide diagnostic assessments for middle school students as needed
• Facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate closely with ARD facilitators and school psychologists to ensure thorough, accurate evaluations
• Help the school catch up on initial evaluations to ensure timely support and services for students
• Document findings and contribute to the planning of individualized education programs (IEPs)
