Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified Educational Diagnostician—bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous experience in elementary education or school-based evaluations is a plus
- Strong understanding of evaluation procedures, assessment tools, and ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meeting protocols
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, students, and families
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
- Willingness to conduct ARD meetings as part of regular duties
- Flexible to attend either onsite or virtual interviews (onsite preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations for referred elementary students
- Interpret assessment data and present findings in formal reports and ARD meetings
- Develop, recommend, and monitor individualized education plans
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students' needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required
