Step into an impactful role supporting student success as an Educational Diagnostician within vibrant school communities near Irving, TX. This full-time, contract position offers the chance to make a difference across multiple campuses from now through May 2027. You'll work closely with PK-8th grade students, helping guide their educational journeys and ensuring equitable access to resources.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician
  • Bilingual proficiency—a must, to serve a diverse student population
  • Experienced in conducting assessments and developing educational recommendations
  • Comfortable managing a caseload typically near 100 students
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organization skills and the flexibility to adapt to varied learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for PK-8th students
  • Interpret evaluation data and participate in eligibility determination meetings
  • Develop recommendations to support students’ academic and behavioral growth
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families to implement effective interventions
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with federal and state guidelines
  • Travel between Fort Worth-area campuses as needed to meet with students and teams
  • Provide culturally responsive services to meet the needs of bilingual and multilingual students
