As an essential member of the interdisciplinary special education team, your expertise will drive collaborative problem-solving for learners across grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification
• Prior experience as a school-based Educational Diagnostician is preferred
• Familiarity with evaluating students in K–12 settings
• Solid understanding of IDEA, Section 504, and Texas special education protocols
• Exceptional skills in report writing, organization, communication, and time management
• Proven ability to independently oversee an itinerant caseload and coordinate across multiple sites

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and comprehensive reevaluations for K–12 students
• Participate actively in Student Support Team and ARD meetings, presenting evaluation results and recommendations
• Prepare thorough evaluation reports while ensuring documentation aligns with compliance standards for both state and district special education guidelines
• Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with administrators, teachers, families, and support providers
• Meet all required deadlines for evaluations and regulatory reporting
• Effectively manage a dynamic caseload split between two campuses
