  • Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with federal and state special education guidelines

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for students in grades 1–9
  • Develop, review, and manage IEPs and other necessary documentation
  • Facilitate collaboration between educators, administrators, and families
  • Provide recommendations and strategies tailored to individual student needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust support services as needed
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and help guide best practices for instruction and intervention
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding learning differences, accommodations, and interventions
