This full-time, in-person contract opportunity allows you to collaborate closely with educators and families to support student success. You’ll enjoy a stable schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with consideration given to both direct and indirect service time.

What you’ll bring:

  • Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician
  • Experience working within a school environment, preferably with a focus on assessment and eligibility determination
  • Strong ability to develop and interpret assessment data and create actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills to work with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to maintain compliance with Texas state education regulations and timelines
  • Collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping K–12 students thrive

Your responsibilities:

  • Administer a variety of educational and psychological assessments to evaluate students’ learning needs
  • Interpret results and provide clear, concise reports outlining eligibility and recommendations
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings to support students with special education needs
  • Consult with teachers and staff to implement strategies that support student learning and growth
  • Maintain thorough documentation, ensuring all deadlines and regulatory guidelines are met
  • Serve as a resource for families, answering questions and explaining evaluation results
