In this in-person, W-2 contract role, you'll collaborate with educators and staff to assess student needs, develop effective educational plans, and make a lasting difference throughout the district.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as an Educational Diagnostician
  • Proven experience conducting assessments, interpreting data, and writing reports in educational settings
  • Strong understanding of varied learning needs and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and faculty
  • Ability to work onsite and commit to a standard 37.5-hour workweek during the academic year

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive educational and psychological assessments for K–12 students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate student eligibility for special education services
  • Design, recommend, and help implement tailored educational plans
  • Maintain detailed records, progress reports, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional expertise on student learning needs
  • Serve as a resource to educators and families, supporting student learning outcomes
