Embark on a highly rewarding opportunity as a Bilingual Educational Diagnostician in a leading school district near Keller, TX. This full-time, contract position is designed for fluent Spanish and English speakers passionate about supporting diverse student populations and making a meaningful impact on education.
As an itinerant diagnostician, you will provide services at two school sites, focusing on comprehensive testing, in-depth report writing, and participation in key meetings. Your expertise will directly contribute to identifying students’ unique strengths and needs, paving the way for personalized educational plans.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Valid Texas classroom teaching certificate
- At least three years of full-time, school-based teaching experience
- Current state certification for educational diagnosticians or ability to obtain
- Strong background in educational testing and assessments
- Prior success in report writing and interpreting results for multidisciplinary teams
- Previous school-based experience as a diagnostician is essential
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting for credentialing
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct standardized educational assessments for students across specified campuses
- Prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports with clear recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents in team meetings
- Provide culturally responsive services to a bilingual student population
- Travel between two assigned schools within the district
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
This is an on-site position running from August 10, 2026, through May 21, 2027, with a 35-hour, full-time work week.
