Educational Diagnostician in Kilgore, TX

A Texas K-12 school is seeking an experienced Educational Diagnostician for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a W-2 contract position located in Kilgore, TX, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The role involves providing both direct and indirect services to support student learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational assessments and evaluations for students K-12
• Interpret assessment data to identify student needs and inform individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop appropriate interventions and accommodations
• Monitor student progress and adjust educational strategies as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences

Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure as an Educational Diagnostician
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and educational diagnostic procedures
