Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas certification as an Educational Diagnostician
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting psychoeducational evaluations for eligibility and programming
• Strong understanding of special education law and compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and fellow professionals
• Experience in K–12 settings preferred
• Ability to maintain accurate, detailed assessment documentation

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students referred for potential special education services
• Analyze and interpret data to assist in eligibility decisions and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention strategies
• Consult with educators and parents to support student learning and behavioral needs
• Participate actively in ARD/IEP meetings, making data-driven recommendations
• Provide both direct and indirect services to support student success throughout the school year
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical practices in all professional activities
